Ex-Washougal man convicted in fraud (The Columbian)
A former Washougal man was convicted Wednesday in federal court of 21 counts of fraud and money laundering in a multimillion dollar mortgage scheme. Clifford J. Brigham, 60, will be sentenced Jan. 16 by U.S. District Judge Anna J. Brown in Portland.
